1 bedroom + loft, 2 full bath apartment available immediately. Purchased house and moving out 2/24/16. Normal rent per our lease is $979/month. We are able to rent at the $600/month rate through April, after which you would need to enter into a new lease or terminate the sublease. Apartment balcony overlooks a wooded area. Per lease agreement, electric fireplace is free to run (we didn't turn on our heat once all winter, just relied on the fireplace)!
