We are seeking an uncommon professional to join our team as a Market Research Analyst
Job Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and support goal achievement.
2. Perform analytics for cross-functional teams.
3. Execute research including customer focus groups, surveys and interviews to support business units in need of market
research.
4. Measure and understand the customer experience by reviewing available data including survey and focus group results,
win-loss business analysis and customer complaint logs.
5. Analyze and disseminate key findings, ensuring resulting data is reliable and actionable.
6. Facilitate data-driven, fact-based decision making
7. Drive segment-level analytics. Update corporate segmentation, market sizing by segment and propensities by product on
an annual basis. Develop suggested segment-level strategies; utilize to link Product & Distribution around
segment/product-specific growth/retention/expansion plans. Identify segment-level pipeline strategy needs (leads, sales
cycle bottlenecks, close rate, average deal value) for each priority campaign. Meet regularly with Distribution/Product/Market
Managers to prioritize and resource efforts to improve segment-level pipeline performance.
